By referring friends or family members to join AmeriBest, you can get up to $150 in bonuses. Not only will you be helping us bring in dedicated caregivers, but you’ll also be playing a part in promoting a cohesive and supportive work environment.

How Our Caregiver Referral Bonus Works
You can receive a total of $150 bonus for referring a caregiver to join our team at AmeriBest. Here is a quick breakdown of how our home care referral program works:
- When you refer someone to apply at AmeriBest, tell them they need to enter your name on the application when asked who referred them.
- If your referred candidate is hired, you will receive $25 once they work their first shift.
- You will receive $125 once your referred candidate completes 160 hours of work.
Sounds great, right? However, there are some specifics to keep in mind: The individual you’ll refer to should not be a former employee of Cool Waters or AmeriBest. All bonus payments will be made via payroll, and applicable taxes and deductions will be applied. Additionally, you can only earn up to 10 referral bonuses each year.

Starting July 11th, 2022
You as the caregiver with AmeriBest Home Care can earn a bonus for each new employee you refer to the organization. Good people know good people and our clients’ need more people like you. You will receive $25 after the new employees’ first shift and an additional $125 after they work 160 hours.
Please make sure that the new caregiver mentions you as their referral source during onboarding and has this information documented on the application.
